Specifically, you will craft high-quality, challenging problems in your domain expertise with real-world applicability to inform the future of AI innovation.Ideal Qualifications:Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Urban Planning, or related field from a top US/Canada/UK/New Zealand/Australia universityExperience with real estate databases (CoStar, Zillow, MLS systems, municipal GIS portals, property assessment databases)2+ years of professional experience in real estate investment, development, asset management, or property analysisHigh attention to detailExceptional written and verbal communication skillsExcellent proficiency in EnglishBased in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, UK, or AustraliaKey Responsibilities:Work asynchronously with a team of highly qualified experts across your domainCraft real estate analysis tasks involving property database searches, zoning data extraction, and parcel information retrieval across municipal and commercial platformsCreate detailed evaluation rubrics for AI agent performanceWork 15-20 hours per week with potential for increased hours and extensionWork is fully remote and asynchronousRole Start DateThis role will begin in early December with applications reviewed on a rolling basis.Interview ProcessComplete a short interview to assess your domain expertiseBe paid for up to 1 hour of onboarding time, including the screening process and a few onboarding videos if you are hired #J-18808-Ljbffr
