Responsibilities Engage with potential clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. Assess the insurance needs and recommend suitable coverages. Provide detailed information on insurance policies, coverage options, and pricing. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Follow up on leads and inquiries. Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and sales team targets. Maintain accurate records of interactions and all sales activity. Stay updated on industry changes, regulations and product knowledge. Qualifications Must be RIBO licensed. Proven experience within a sales role or service position. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and explain complex insurance coverages. Demonstrate excellent organization skills by managing multiple projects and maintaining a structured approach to tasks and deadlines. Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and ensure timely completion of projects. Proficient in using CRM systems and other software.
