OverviewFlynn Canada Ltd is searching for a Service Account Manager to join our Calgary team. The role focuses on growing the Service business through building and maintaining relationships, estimating costs, and collaborating with the service manager to manage workload and customer leads.ResponsibilitiesHelp grow and build our Service businessWork with National team to build local presence and assist on local relationships with national clientsCommunicate with existing customers and explain Flynn Service opportunitiesRegular followup on quotes and tendersAttend association, industry, and networking eventsPlan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on client interestsWork with Local and National team to promote Flynns brand and services through marketing and social media channelsUnderstand and prepare takeoffs and estimates for assigned jobs in a timely mannerComplete work orders, takeoffs and estimates in a concise and timely mannerConduct presentations virtuallySupport corporate initiatives and business development objectivesQualificationsStrong communication, organizational skills and excellent time managementAbility to multitask and work in a fastpaced team environmentAbility to develop and maintain strong relationshipsEntrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the businessExperience in using computer programs specific to this role (MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCAD)Clear understanding of contract documentsBenefitsCompetitive wages and benefitsStructured bonus planRRSP matchingVehicle allowanceGreat environment Flynn Family Winning Together!Ongoing career development courses and programs through our inhouse Flynn UniversityPosition SummaryJob Functions: Business Development, Account Management, Customer Service.
