This position is ideal for someone highly organized, serviceoriented, and experienced in fleet coordination who enjoys being a central point of contact and keeping operations running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily fleet operations, including vehicle assignments, scheduling, and replacements to support organizational programsManage vehicle maintenance and repair activities using fleet management systems such as Holman or Fleetio, ensuring compliance and timely servicingAct as the main point of contact for staff regarding vehicle issues, incident reporting, and usage inquiriesMaintain accurate fleet data and documentation, including insurance, registration, and maintenance recordsLiaise with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve fleetrelated issues efficientlyProvide administrative and coordination support related to fleet operations as neededWhat You Need to SucceedMustHave QualificationsExperience working with fleet management systems such as Holman, Fleetio, or similar softwareStrong administrative and coordination skills, including scheduling and record managementProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to operational issuesValid Class 5 Drivers LicenceOrganized, detailoriented, and reliableStrong communication skills and a servicefocused approachComfortable working onsite and collaborating with multiple teamsNice to HavePrevious experience in fleet coordination, logistics, facilities, or transportation supportExperience working in a multisite or servicedriven environmentWhats in It for YouThis is a great opportunity to step into a handson fleet coordination role with a meaningful organization, supporting essential services and operations.
