Job Location Vaughan, Ontario, Canada (On-site / Hybrid as per business needs) Employment Type Full-time, Permanent Wage (based on full-time hours) Wage meets/exceeds the median wage for NOC 20012 in the Vaughan/Toronto region Hours of Work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday Job Overview PSP SERVICES, INC. is seeking a Program Manager Technology & Compliance to manage and coordinate technology programs in regulated environments. This role is responsible for planning, execution, and oversight of technology initiatives with a strong focus on Canadian compliance, security, and risk management. The Program Manager will work closely with engineering, product, compliance, and operations teams to ensure PSP Services Inc. systems, processes, and platforms meet Canadian regulatory and industry standards, while also supporting international operations. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and deliver technology programs from initiation to completion Coordinate activities across engineering, product, compliance, security, and operations teams Lead and support compliance initiatives related to FINTRAC (AML/KYC), Interac, PCI DSS, SOC 2, and ISO 9001 Prepare for audits and regulatory reviews, including evidence collection and remediation tracking Maintain program schedules, risk registers, documentation, and executive status reports Ensure technology initiatives align with Canadian regulatory, security, and data protection requirements Work with internal teams and external vendors on compliance and technology projects Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery issues, and elevate when required Support continuous improvement of compliance controls and delivery processes Collaborate with Canadian and international teams as part of day-to-day program delivery Mandatory Qualifications Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in technology project or program management Experience working in regulated environments such as fintech, payments, or SaaS Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in software development and technology initiatives Hands-on experience with Canadian compliance and regulatory frameworks, including: FINTRAC / AML / KYC Interac compliance PCI DSS SOC 2 and ISO-based management systems Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent internationally recognized project management certification Strong documentation, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills Ability to manage complex technology programs with compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements Professional Canadian workplace environment Collaboration with cross-functional and international teams Role requires strong attention to detail, compliance discipline, and accountability Additional Information This position requires practical, hands-on experience managing technology programs under Canadian regulatory frameworks.
