Role Description We are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to join our team in Toronto, ON. The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies, lead marketing campaigns, and analyze their performance. Daily responsibilities include managing marketing initiatives, developing brand positioning, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and creating impactful content to increase brand visibility and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will bring innovative ideas to implement marketing strategies in alignment with organizational goals. What Were Looking For Location: Canada (Hybrid in Toronto | Remote for all other provinces) This role is open to candidates across Canada. While our Toronto-based team members enjoy a hybrid work model, we offer full remote flexibility for those located elsewhere in the country. Experience: 3+ Years of Experience in Demand Generation, Marketing, PPC, and/or Content Domain Knowledge: Previous experience in GRC or Cybersecurity is a massive plus. You should understand the pain points of compliance officers and CISOs, or be eager and quick to learn with some autonomy. The 'Startup Mentality': You are comfortable with ambiguity and happy to 'roll up your sleeves' to solve problems that may not have a manual yet. You believe in the vision and have the grit it will take to succeed. Technical Aptitude: You can navigate complex software configurations and aren't afraid to dive into a client's technical environment. You are familiar with navigating multiple applications effectively to keep up with operations. Communication: You have strong verbal and written soft-skills, and can translate complex regulatory requirements into simple, actionable steps for customers. Team Player: You are accountable individually and easy to collaborate within your team and cross-functionally. Qualifications Experience in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Brand Development Skills in Content Creation, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Management Expertise in Data Analysis, Market Research, and SEO/AEO/GEO/SEM/PPC strategies Strong Project Management and Team Leadership abilities Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Expertise in marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Zapier, N8n, Clay, Apollo, or similar) Exceptional adoption and creative usage of AI-native tooling (e.g., Claude, OpenAI, Perplexity, or similar) Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in tech-oriented industries, especially AI or cybersecurity, is a plus Other Relevant Information Expected Compensation Range: $60,000 to $110,000 / Year Use of AI in Screening: There may be use of AI in screening candidates #J-18808-Ljbffr
