Position: ServiceNow Developer Job Summary We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow modules. The ideal candidate must hold key ServiceNow certifications and possess handson expertise in platform customization, integration, and operational support. Key Requirements Mandatory Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) (Preferred but highly beneficial) Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, module development, and best practices. Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business and operational requirements. Build and maintain workflows, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and integrations. Support ongoing operations, troubleshoot platform issues, and deliver timely resolutions. Implement module enhancements, onboarding activities, and continuous improvements. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Required Skills Proven experience in ServiceNow development and platform configuration. Strong knowledge of integrations, API development, and modulelevel customization. Excellent analytical, debugging, and problemsolving skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative Agile environment.
