About the Role As the Social & Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in elevating Dipchand LLPs brand presence, strengthening community connections, and supporting firm culture through engaging social media content and wellexecuted events. This is ideal for someone with a passion for social media, event coordination, and storytelling who thrives in a fastpaced professional services environment. Social Media Support the development and posting of content across social channels (primarily LinkedIn and Instagram) Highlight firm updates, team achievements, events, and thought leadership Monitor->__ & flag opportunities for brand visibility Assist in basic reporting on reach, engagement, and content performance Events Coordinate logistics for internal gatherings, client events, community initiatives, and firm culture moments Work with vendors (venues, catering, production) to ensure smooth execution Support event setup, onsite coordination, attendee management, and postevent followups Maintain the firms events calendar Marketing & Communications Support Draft internal announcements, event invites, social captions, and simple promotional materials Maintain and regularly update the firms website Assist with photo/video capture at events Keep shared assets, marketing files, and event materials organized Support adhoc marketing projects as needed Prepare and update PowerPoint presentations to support internal and clientfacing needs Branded materials and firm swag from ideation to execution About You 12 years of experience in social media, marketing, communications, or events (internships included) Strong writing and editing skills Organized, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once Comfortable working in a professional servicesparty Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Canva, and basic analytics tools A proactive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed Referrals Referrals increase your chances of interviewingtrand at The Leadership Agency by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
