The opportunity: The University of Manitoba is looking for a Lead Recruitment, Professional Graduate Programs. Reporting to the Director, SCGS Programs, this position is responsible for developing and executing strategic, datadriven recruitment plans for a portfolio of professional programs, including the MBA, Master of Finance (MFin), Master of Supply Chain Management (MSCM), and upcoming specialized programs. The role drives national and international recruitment initiatives, manages the full prospect lifecycle, and collaborates closely with marketing, program leadership, and university recruitment teams to achieve enrollment targets and grow the schools graduate programs. The qualifications and experience were looking for: Minimum of a Bachelors degree required, preferably related to marketing, business, communications, education, or a related field. Knowledge of university regulations, programs and procedures as they relate to the function/program. 3 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, enrollment management, or higher education marketing required. Proven experience in recruitment in postsecondary setting required. Experience developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets and grow program pipelines required. Experience managing full applicant lifecycle, from inquiry to enrollment, with demonstrated success in increasing conversion rates required. Experience planning and managing recruitment events (info sessions, webinars, fairs, conferences, corporate visits) required. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain highyield recruitment pipelines, including corporate partnerships, feeder schools, international markets, and professional associations required. Experience working with international recruitment agents/partners and developing new networks required. Experience using CRM systems (Slate) for lead tracking, communication, and reporting required. Experience developing marketing and communication materials for recruitment purposes, including website content and social media campaigns required. Experience collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders (faculty, alumni, marketing, admissions) to execute recruitment initiatives required. Experience preparing and managing budgets related to recruitment activities is preferred. International experience or interest required. An acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationshipbuilding skills required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Analytical skills to track recruitment metrics, evaluate funnel performance, and make datadriven decisions required. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic, fastpaced environment required. Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally, including some evening and weekend commitments required. Knowledge of graduate management education and professional program trends is an asset required. Satisfactory work record, including satisfactory attendance and punctuality, is required.
