Your duties will include but are not limited to:Managing and responding to document production requests in a timely mannerTroubleshooting recovery of corrupt documentsConverting documents to the appropriate formatMaintaining and updating document versionsProofreading and editing documentsParticipating in training sessions to maintain system knowledgeWhat you bring to the jobAs the Document Specialist, you have the ability to adapt to new technology and programs and, you will also come with:2+ years of experience in a relevant roleStrong proficiency in MS OfficeFluent in written communication in both English and FrenchExceptional attention to detail and proofreading skillsSolid work ethic and strong ability to work independentlyWilling and available to work a shift pattern that includes weekends.
