You are an effective communicator.Be the primary consultant on 3-5 clients at any time for whom you are their primary systems expert, business advisor, and chief driver of process efficienciesBe comfortable working with senior executives and functional leaders regularlyBecome an expert on the NetSuite applicationWork directly with customers to understand, validate, and document their business requirements and map them to NetSuite functionalitySolution delivery responsibilities include, but are not limited to: requirements gathering, design, documentation, implementation, testing, and user trainingSupport clients on the overall design and implementation of their enterprise architectureWorking on the design, build and test of system integrations between our clients business systemsSupporting the ongoing maintenance and management of integration projectsQualifications3-5 years in a professional services, functional or technical consulting role preferably in an Enterprise Resource Planning, CRM or e-commerce spaceExperience with Software As A Service (SAAS), IT, software or specific business model (i.e. distribution, manufacturing, retail, media & advertising) implementationsA Bachelors degree preferably in Software Engineering, Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent work experienceExperience on the NetSuite platform is highly recommendedProven track record of developing and maintaining profitable and referenceable customer relationshipsAbility to think strategically and align client business pain points to solution options and implementation approachExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to work well in a fast-paced environment and deal with changing prioritiesFamiliarity with cloud computing technologiesTravel to client locations as needed.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
