Job Description Lead Generation and Sales Outreach Proactively generate leads through daily opportunity cold calling, outreach efforts, and by nurturing and expanding existing client relationships. Deliver engaging sales presentations and facilitate appointments, including organizing and conducting Lunch & Learn sessions to educate and engage potential clients. Maintain and manage deals in HubSpot, ensuring accurate, realtime updates to support an efficient and transparent sales pipeline. Client Needs Assessment and Solutions Design Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Technicians to develop detailed quotes and cost estimates, conduct site surveys, and design customized security solutions aligned with client requirements. Relationship Management Cultivate and strengthen lasting client partnerships through proactive relationship management, and a solutionsfocused approach that drives retention and growth. Networking and Brand Promotion Represent the company at trade shows, association events, law enforcement recognition meetings, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and cultivate professional relationships. Performance and Accountability Collaborate in meetings to review performance, align with the team objectives, and maintain accountability to organizational goals and standards.
