We support our customers with our expertise and versatility.As part of the development of its Toronto hub, MIGSO-PCUBED is looking for a PMO with experience with Contract Administration, for Toronto and SaskatoonYour next challenge:We are seeking a Contract Administrator to oversee the lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and fostering strong relationships with vendors and clients. This role is critical for seamless coordination between internal teams and external parties, ensuring contractual obligations are met and project delivery is optimized.Develop project-specific templates, facilitate contract execution, and monitor contractor performance, schedules, and payments.Track adherence to contract terms, lead change management, and negotiate value in amendments, claims, and site instructions.Act as the main point of contact, resolve issues, and ensure clear communication between all stakeholders.Organize and maintain all contract files, amendments, and correspondence in digital systems.Assess potential risks, collaborate with risk management teams, and prepare compliance and performance reports.Participate in the development of contract management processes, policies, and best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Who are you?Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field, experience in contract administration, procurement, and project management.Strong expertise in contract management systemsKnowledge of contract law, compliance, risk management, and negotiationAvailability to work on-site or hybrid, as required by project needs.The advantages:Access to professional development opportunities, including trainings and certifications.Competitive vacation and leave policies to support worklife balance.Comprehensive employer-paid health and wellness coverage.Retirement savings program with employer contributions.Global networking with a diverse community of project managers.Continuous learning through in-house seminars and knowledge-sharing sessions.Clear career development framework and opportunities for mobility (geographical or professional).What to expect during the recruitment process?15-20 minutes of telephone interview with a talent acquisition partner;A standard one-hour initial consultation with the business manager via Microsoft Teams;A one-hour technical interview with a consultant on assignment to challenge your project management skills through scenarios or exercises;A final exchange with the agency manager/senior business manager to discuss the conditional offer and benefits.
