OVERALL POSITION OVERVIEW:The Canadian Operations & Distribution Centre Manager plays a pivotal Leadership role in managing our Warehouse & Distribution Fulfillment Team & Processes; Lean & Continuous Improvement Program; Inventory & Quality Management and Health & Safety Culture. This position is responsible for Team Leadership, streamlining processes, developing analytical tools and providing actionable recommendations to drive success. Working in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, all to optimize our Customers experience.KEY FUNCTIONS OF POSITION: Responsibility for all Team Members across our Operations Scope (including Distribution Centre Fulfillment, Warehouse, Assembly/Rework/Production, Inventory &Quality and related) Responsibility for all Operational Process related to inventory receiving through to customer order fulfillment. As Part of Canadian Leadership Team helps Plan and Lead Teams/Departments responsible for planning, production and shipment of products. This position may be required to work directly with Customers to ensure the overall consistency and quality of our Customer Experience.
