With a strong presence across the province, the company is known for delivering quality-driven projects while supporting sustainable and controlled growth within its residential portfolio.Your new roleAs the Home Building Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and leadership of the residential homebuilding division. This is a senior, hands-on role overseeing all aspects of the businessfrom sales and pre-construction through to construction delivery and final occupancy.You will lead a small, cross-functional team while managing multiple active projects simultaneously, ensuring homes are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in line with defined quality and customer experience standards. A key focus of this role is improving operational efficiency, driving margin performance, implementing scalable systems, and supporting the controlled growth of the residential business.Key responsibilities include:Overseeing day-to-day operations across all active residential projectsLeading construction execution, including estimating, scheduling, productivity monitoring, and issue resolutionOwning division-level financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L managementOverseeing sales performance, pricing strategy support, and product consistencyProviding leadership to project managers, site supervisors, and trade partnersManaging quality assurance, deficiencies, and project closeout processesEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policiesActing as a key liaison between internal departments, consultants, municipalities, and senior leadershipThis is a full-time, permanent, fully in-office position based in Woodstock, Ontario.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will bring both strong technical expertise and proven leadership experience within residential construction.You will ideally have:A diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline710+ years of progressive experience in residential construction, with a strong focus on low-rise homebuildingExperience managing multiple projects or subdivisions concurrentlyA solid understanding of the Ontario Building Code and municipal requirementsExperience with production homebuilding processes and residential schedulingStrong estimating, budgeting, and cost-control expertiseProficiency with construction management and scheduling software (e.g. MS Project or similar)Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination skillsA valid drivers licence and the ability to travel between job sitesWhat you'll get in returnIn return, youll receive a competitive and rewarding compensation package, including:Base salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000, depending on experienceDiscretionary annual bonus3 weeks of vacationComprehensive benefits package3% RRSP matchingLong-term career growth and the opportunity to play a key leadership role in a growing residential businessWhat you need to do nowIf this opportunity sounds like a fit, please reach out or apply with your most recent resume.
