This role provides exceptional customer service throughout the fulfillment process by responding to inquiries and escalating issues as required. This role will also focus on areas such as auditing documentation, communicating with the broker teams and submitting registrations for funded contracts.Key Responsibilities: Create and review lease and rental documentation to ensure compliance and proper contract execution.Collaborate internally to identify and resolve contract issues, while maintaining accurate funded contracts and supporting documentation.Ensure policy and regulatory compliance, proactively escalate risks, and support periodic audits to maintain process integrity.Collaborate internally to improve funding workflows and efficiency, enhance stakeholder satisfaction, and adapt processes in response to policy and regulatory changes.Ad hoc tasks as assignedQualifications/Experience:Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field1-3 years of experience in funding, leasing or financial servicesOther Requirements:Strong attention to detailExcellent written and verbal skillsAbility to manage time effectively and think critically in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrate active listening and a growth mindset, with openness to learn and adapt.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems; experience with funding systems is an assetOrganized and committed to delivering exceptional customer serviceSalary:$55,000 - $60,000 per annum.
