Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer to lead the design, configuration, customization, and support of PolicyCenter solutions. This is a hands-on engineering role requiring deep expertise in PolicyCenter implementation, with a strong focus on delivering end-to-end enhancements in production environments.Key ResponsibilitiesPolicyCenter Configuration & CustomizationDesign and configure PolicyCenter for new and existing insurance productsPerform hands-on configuration of Product Model, UI (PCF), and Data ModelManage coverages, exclusions, conditions, modifiers, and terms aligned with business requirementsProduct Model & Line of Business SupportCreate and manage products, coverages, and terms within PolicyCenterSupport Personal Property Line of Business, including policy lifecycle events (endorsements, renewals, cancellations, rewrites)Underwriting Rules & Business LogicDevelop and maintain underwriting rules, eligibility logic, and risk evaluation using GosuTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutionsUI, Data Model & IntegrationsDevelop UI components using PCF and GosuPerform data model enhancements including entity extensions and schema updatesEnsure data integrity and integration readinessQuality & ValidationImplement validations and error-handling mechanismsTroubleshoot and resolve defects across environmentsSupport testing, defect resolution, and regression validationForms & RatingConfigure and maintain PolicyCenter forms and documentationManage rating configuration including rate tables, rules, and calculationsCollaboration & LeadershipWork closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, QA teams, and ArchitectsParticipate in design discussions, code reviews, and solution planningProvide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developersRequired Skills & Experience6+ years of Guidewire development experience with strong focus on PolicyCenterHands-on expertise in:Guidewire PolicyCenterGosu and PCFGuidewire StudioProduct Model configurationProven experience in UI development, data model extensions, underwriting rules, validations, forms, and ratingStrong understanding of insurance policy lifecycle processesAbility to independently deliver end-to-end solutionsQualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
