While the communitys expansion is driven by rapid residential development and proximity to the GTA, the needs for local support is increasing and significant: CRS serves approximately 10,000 individuals annually, reaching 1 in 10 members of our community.With the upcoming retirement of the Executive Director, the Board of Directors is seeking a dynamic, mission driven Executive Director to lead the organization and advance CRSs vision for stronger, more equitable communities.As the senior leader of Community Resource Service, the Executive Director is responsible for overseeing all program development, administration, operations, finances, fundraising, community relations, and human resources, while supervising key leaders and providing HR oversight for all 14 staff.
