Our dedicated team brings deep expertise, care, and a shared commitment to excellence in everything we do.As a company in the process of expanding our team, we are looking for an Administrative Associate to contribute to our continued growth and success.Overview:The Administrative Associate is responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and in an organized manner. This role serves as the first point of contact for incoming communications and plays a key part in maintaining structure, responsiveness, and overall office functionality. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in keeping things in order. Responsibilities include:Manage all incoming calls and emails, responding where appropriate and directing inquiries to the relevant team members Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems, including ongoing document management and upkeep of the filing room Perform administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and document preparation with accuracy and attention to detail Support general office operations, including managing boardrooms, coordinating cleaning, and ensuring the office is presentable and functional at all times Oversee office supplies and equipment, including ordering, restocking, and coordinating maintenance (e.g., printers, coffee machines, water, etc.) Help prepare internal documents, reports, and presentations as required Take ownership of administrative processes, ensuring consistency, follow-through, and a high standard of organization Provide additional administrative support to the team as neededQualifications/Experience:At least two years of office administration and filing experience is required.Demonstrate strong spoken and written English communication skills with excellent reading comprehension and the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.Proficient in MS Office and OutlookPost-secondary education/courses in related fields are considered an assetWhat we offer:Competitive salary range of $45,000 $55,000, based on experienceVacation policy and observance of office holiday closuresComprehensive extended health and dental benefitsOpportunities for growth within the companySupportive, team-oriented culture that values collaboration and work-life balanceHow to Apply:Please submit your resume and cover letter to .
