Job Title: Warehouse & Shipping CoordinatorLocation:Okotoks, ABJob Type:Full-TimeSchedule:MondayFridayAbout the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Warehouse & Shipping Coordinator to support daily order fulfillment, packing and shipping operations. This role is responsible for ensuring orders are processed accurately, packaged securely, and shipped on time while supporting team coordination and maintaining quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Order Fulfillment & AccuracyPick products based on order detailsEnsure high pick accuracy and minimize errorsConsolidate multi-item orders prior to shipmentPacking & ShippingPackage items securely, including protective packing for fragile partsEnsure packaging meets company quality standardsLabel shipments accurately and prepare for dispatchPlace completed orders in designated shipping areasShipping OperationsMonitor order processing times and shipping deadlinesCoordinate with carriers and schedule shipmentsPrepare shipping documentation as requiredUpdate shipment tracking systemsTeam CoordinationSupport and guide packing staff to maintain quality and efficiencyEnsure adherence to company procedures and deadlinesProcess & Cost AwarenessHelp reduce shipping errors and returnsSupport efficient use of packaging materials and shipping methodsQualifications & SkillsPrevious experience in warehouse, logistics or order fulfillmentStrong attention to detail, especially with part numbers and order accuracyBasic knowledge of shipping processes and carriersExperience with inventory or order management systems (WMS/ERP) is an assetStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesGood communication and teamwork skillsPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsStanding and walking for extended periodsRepetitive lifting, packing and handling of productsWork EnvironmentWarehouse setting with fast-paced order processingInteraction with inventory, packing materials and shipping equipmentAdherence to workplace health and safety standards is requiredCompensationCompetitive hourly wage (based on experience)Overtime paid in accordance with Alberta Employment StandardsAdditional RequirementsValid Class 5 drivers licenceAbility to operate a vehicle for occasional business-related tasks (e.g., local pickups, deliveries, or carrier drop-offs)Health & SafetyEmployees are required to follow all workplace safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and use of any required protective equipment.Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
