Systems and Network AdministratorFuze Logistics Services is a next generation 3PL headquartered in Montreal, with offices across North America, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and decades of industry expertise to facilitate the transport of freight globally.Fuze Logistics Services is seeking a systems and Network Administrator with 24 years of experience to support and maintain our multi-site IT infrastructure. This role involves managing cloud and on-prem environments, ensuring network reliability, and supporting users across our different office locations.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain network infrastructure across 7 offices using Cisco Meraki routers and switchesMonitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure uptime across all sitesManage and support virtual machines hosted with Sherweb and AET SolutionsMaintain and support hybrid identity infrastructure (on-prem Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID)Administer Microsoft 365 (user accounts, licensing, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)Perform routine system maintenance, patching, backups, and upgradesProvide Tier 3 technical support for escalated end-user issuesManage user access, permissions, and security policies across systemsDocument systems, processes, and configurationsParticipate in IT projects, including infrastructure improvements, migrations, and deploymentsSupport and guide team members and IT users by sharing knowledge and best practicesContribute to user training initiatives and promote effective use of IT systems and toolsHelp prioritize tasks and coordinate activities to ensure efficient team operationsRequired Qualifications24 years of experience in systems and/or network administrationStrong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki (or similar platforms)Experience managing Windows Server environments and Active DirectoryExperience with Microsoft 365 administrationFamiliarity with hybrid identity environments (Active Directory + Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD)Experience with virtualized environments and cloud-hosted infrastructureStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience with scripting (PowerShell preferred)AssetsKnowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutionsFamiliarity with security tools and frameworksExperience with endpoint management (e.g., Intune or similar tools)IT certifications (e.g., CCNA, Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA Network+)Soft SkillsStrong communication and user support skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities across multiple locationsDetail-oriented with strong documentation practicesProactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvementIf you are dynamic person, with interpersonal skills to interact with multiple areas, drive results and deliver, you are the person for this role!
