Job Title: Intern, e-Retail Hiring Manager: Director, Digital Shared Services Department: Digital Shared Services Job Summary: The Shiseido Summer Internship program is a paid, full-time program for college rising Juniors or Seniors starting June through August. We are seeking a passionate, motivated and analytical Summer Intern to join our Digital Shared Services team. This role focuses on conducting a full audit of our brands eRetail presence across our Retailers (Sephora, Shoppers Drug Mart, Holt Renfrew, Jean Coutu and London Drugs) to provide strategic channel insights and developing best practices for managing eRetailer.com performance in support of driving sales. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in helping the team drive the success of Shiseido Canada by bringing a richer and deeper understanding of consumer needs to reinforce customer-centric business strategies. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Leverage digital shelf analytics provider, Profitero to audit and deliver recommendations to help improve retailer.ca sales performance. Create a roadmap for optimizations based on audit findings and develop a prescriptive approach to ongoing monitoring of stock, pricing and accurate content is displaying across retailer websites. Compare brands'' performance against competitors and increase product visibility by leveraging strategies to help improve organic search rankings on retailer sites. Standardize a reporting template that helps to monitor performance and alert teams on stock outages.
