Industry Pharma/Biotech/Clinical Research Remote Job Job Description We are looking for an experienced sales manager to lead a regional team of Account Managers. This role is accountable for building a highperforming sales team, translating brand strategy into execution, driving results, ensuring compliance, and strengthening customer partnerships to support product adoption and market growth. Key Responsibilities Hire, onboard, coach, and manage a team of Key Account Managers within a new therapeutic area Provide ongoing field leadership through regular inmarket visits, coaching sessions, and performance feedback Build a strong performance culture aligned with company values, expectations, and objectives Track sales results and oversee execution of the Sales Incentive Plan Ensure team readiness through training on product knowledge, disease areas, and internal policies Convert national and regional direction into clear territorylevel business plans Review and assess sales data and performance indicators to support achievement of targets Design and implement plans to expand market presence with a strong emphasis on oncology Apply data and analytics to guide customer segmentation, territory alignment, and resource deployment Monitor key performance indicators on an ongoing basis to ensure objectives are met Establish and maintain strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Guide Key Account Managers in identifying growth opportunities within their accounts Collaborate closely with marketing, medical affairs, market access, and other internal partners to deliver coordinated engagement Drive crossfunctional alignment on strategy, priorities, and execution Requirements Qualifications Bachelors degree in life sciences, business, or a related discipline with an advanced degree considered an asset At least 7 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales including a minimum of 3 years in a people leadership role Preferred experience leading hospital or specialty sales teams Consistent history of achieving or surpassing sales goals and growing market share Strong leadership presence with proven coaching and communication capabilities Ability to travel 2540% Benefits will be communicated separately Thank you for your interest in this role, please note that only candidates determined to possess the necessary skill set and experience will be contacted.
