In this role, youll take the lead on managing endtoend billing processes and supporting projects that level up our billing systems and customer experience. Youll thrive if you bring curiosity, a knack for problemsolving, and an ability to keep pace in a fastchanging environment. If digging into data, streamlining processes, and helping things run smoother than a freshly updated spreadsheet sounds like your thing, wed love to hear from you. This will include Be the goto for billing queries from internal teams and customers. Own the endtoend customer billing process. Run monthly billing cycles and ensure accuracy. Maintain and update our billing system accounts, products, subscriptions, workflows. Prepare monthly billing reports and provide insights where needed. Handle adhoc billing and make adjustments to accounts as required. Collaborate with the broader Finance team on crossfunctional projects. Support adhoc reporting and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Who You Are Solid understanding of billing processes and functions. A methodical and logical approach to resolving billing scenarios. 2-3 years experience in a similar role. Experience with Zuora or similar SaaS billing platforms. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivots, lookups, the works). Bonus points for experience in a highgrowth tech or SaaS environment.
