Blackstone Private Wealth was established to answer the growing demand for Blackstone products from highnetworth investors. Partnering with many of the worlds largest private banks and wealth management firms as well as family offices, Blackstones Private Wealth team packages and delivers the full breadth of Blackstones alternative product capability to these firms and their clients and provides ongoing education, training, and support around alternatives. Specific Responsibilities Field operational inquiries from Financial Advisors & internal sales teams on Blackstone investment offerings. Liaise with Blackstone business units, transfer agents, and other thirdparty service providers relating to client inquiries, problem resolutions, and reconciliations. Project management across various groups within Blackstone Private Wealth to enhance collaboration and efficiencies. Identify and document operational procedures for ongoing fund maintenance on various platforms. Develop strong understanding of distribution partners operational platforms and processes and become resident Blackstone expert for advisors. Assist Financial Advisors with problem resolution of account opening, maintenance items and other inquiries related to client onboarding, servicing and client retention (deadlines, platform questions, redemptions, capital calls, distributions). Assist in ad hoc projects / research to support Blackstone Private Wealth business initiatives. Qualifications Bachelors Degree 1+ years of financial industry experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Strong problem analysis and resolution skills Identify and summarize issues and recommendations Work efficiently in a deadlinedriven environment Manage multiple projects simultaneously Work independently in a teamoriented environment Adaptable and collaborative Strong understanding of the highnetworth and Financial Advisor operating model Knowledge of alternative investment funds and operational terms is helpful Develop strong working relationships with colleagues, teams, and clients Licensing Requirements Attending client meetings where you are discussing Blackstone products and/or client questions; Marketing Blackstone funds to new or existing clients; Supervising or training securitieslicensed employees; Structuring or creating Blackstone funds/products; and Advising on marketing plans prepared by a sales team or developing and/or contributing information for marketing materials.
