By leveraging cutting-edge technology and proven project management practices, we consistently deliver high-quality infrastructure projects, regardless of their scale or complexity.If youre ready to be part of a team that plays a pivotal role in Ontarios most impactful infrastructure developments, while gaining hands-on experience with industry-leading projects, we invite you to join us.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalysis of project documents and participating in working groups to ensure all aspects of the project scope is clearly understoodAssist in the development of our proposals for P3 and other design-build projects RFQ and RFP StagesAssist in the managing and developing compliant solutions in response to RFP requirements including coordination of all disciplinesAssist with the development and coordination of documentation to support estimating and scheduling of the projectWork with the estimating team to ensure adequate design assumptions are managed and contained within project budgetsAssist with the development of technical submission including design and construction narratives and drawing packageKey Qualifications/RequirementsPost-Secondary education from a registered Engineering/Construction discipline.3+ years of experience working as a Project Coordinator in the construction industry.Excellent knowledge of contracts, industry practices and work codes.The ability to manage projects in a deadline-orientated environment.Strong English language and writing skills, with a high attention to detail and the ability to proofread and edit content.Strong computer skills and expertise in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint.Ability to perform in a fast-paced/agile environment with competing priorities and capable of critical thinking and problem solving.Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with shared goals.What AMICO Can Offer YouMedical, dental, and vision insuranceEmployer Matching Retirement ProgramLife insuranceAt Amico, we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
