Your responsibilities include managing all aspects of WSIB and disability claims, supporting employees in their recovery journeys. Youll work closely with various stakeholders to ensure timely submissions and compliance with local legislation while maintaining confidentiality. Your detail-oriented nature will be key in optimizing processes and enhancing employee experiences. Key Responsibilities: Administer all stages of WSIB and disability claims Serve as primary contact for claims audits and appeals Collaborate with HR and safety teams on accommodations Prepare and analyze claims-related reports Identify opportunities for process improvements Requirements: Bilingual in both English and French 25 years experience in claims administration Proficient in Microsoft Office and claims systems Post-secondary education in relevant fields Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Empower employees through effective claims management, enhancing workplace safety and support strategies in this pivotal role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
