This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for electrical systems and mechanical troubleshooting to contribute to the success of our company.Role Overview:As an Electric Motor/Pump Technician at Wallwin Electric Services Ltd., you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining a variety of pump systems and electric motors, both AC and DC. Your expertise will help minimize downtime and maximize efficiency for our clients. You will play a key role in diagnosing malfunctions, performing repairs, and ensuring optimal performance of electric motors and associated equipment.Key Responsibilities:You will be required to understand and interpret AC/DC motor connections and schematics, perform motor rewinding for both single-phase and three-phase motors, and analyze and repair motor and electrical equipment breakdowns. Diagnosing and troubleshooting pump malfunctions will be a regular part of your duties, as well as repairing and refurbishing pumps and other related components such as fans, reducers, and switches. Your ability to test, rebuild, and replace various components, such as shafts, bearings, and wiring, will contribute to the efficiency of our operations.Additionally, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns while maintaining safety standards when handling tools and equipment.Required Skills and Experience:The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in electric motor repair and pump repair. Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to read and interpret schematics accurately, are essential. You should also be familiar with using hand tools and safety practices within a repair environment.
