We are recognized for our professionalism, cultural integrity, and commitment to delivering exceptional results.Position: Strategic Projects CoordinatorLocation: Remote (Canada) | Part-timePay: $25$40 per hourBenefits: Casual dress, Work from home, Flexible scheduleKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate project workflows, timelines, and deliverables across multiple initiativesLiaise with contractors, content contributors, and clients to ensure effective communication and project alignmentAssemble and refine content into client-ready deliverables, including workshop materials and facilitation guidesDevelop templates and tools for Indigenous organizations to be shared via our website and client platformsPrepare facilitation notes and materials for strategic sessions, workshops, and eventsProvide operational support including bookkeeping tasks using platforms such as QuickBooks and Microsoft 365Utilize digital tools including SurveyMonkey, Dropbox, Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Teams, Monday.com, and Poll Everywhere to support project deliveryApply ethical and efficient use of AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflowsKey QualificationsCompletion or active pursuit of a post-secondary degree or diploma in accounting, business administration, Indigenous governance, or a related fieldDemonstrated organizational and project coordination skillsProficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooksExperience using digital platforms including SurveyMonkey, Dropbox, Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Teams, Monday.com, and Poll EverywhereAwareness of AI tools and their ethical application in professional settingsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environmentExperience working with Indigenous organizations or in consulting roles is considered an assetEquity & InclusionUrban Cree Consulting is proud to be Indigenous-owned and is committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and empowering work environment.
