What Were Looking For 2 years of experience managing highperforming IT professionals. 6+ years of experience in IT. Experience leading and developing a team of IT engineers or technical ICs responsible for enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms, integrations, and workflow automation. Experience providing technical leadership and decisionmaking guidance across tools such as Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, Zoom, Asana, ChatGPT, and similar platforms, even when not handson. Experience designing, supporting, and governing crosssystem integrations and automation workflows that scale across the organization. Track record of setting strategy, planning roadmaps, and driving delivery of complex, crossfunctional initiatives while scaling systems and team capabilities. Demonstrated ability to make structured decisions around platform configuration, access models, vendor management, AI feature considerations, and governance standards. Demonstrated ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and highperforming remote team environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively across technical and nontechnical teams. What You Can Expect Set strategy and priorities for enterprise tools and workflow automation in alignment with IT and companywide goals, partnering with senior ICs to shape and deliver the technical roadmap. Drive AI enablement strategy for enterprise tools, partnering with Internal AI leadership to evaluate, implement, and govern AI features (for example, ChatGPT Enterprise) with attention to security, compliance, and organizational readiness. Build and lead a highperforming Enterprise Tools team, ensuring clarity of ownership, consistent processes, and a strong operational foundation. Establish governance for service configuration, crosssystem workflows, data flows, and automation enablement. Oversee vendor relationships, renewals, and license management for core enterprise tools. Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable operation of enterprise tools, integrations, and workflow automation, including effective change management and clear communication. Partner with crossfunctional teams to deliver compliant, wellgoverned enterprise tool implementations. Prepare the team and roadmap for future ownership of specialized business systems. Salary USAbased roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $143,000USD and $207,000USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k, and many others), generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in incentive programs. Canadabased roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $122,000CAD and $177,000CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Passwords generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP, and many others), generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in incentive programs.
