Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION As the Project Manager you will oversee the timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of all Government Furnished Information and Material (GFX) required for the RCD Program. You'll lead a small specialist team and manage the full lifecycle of GFX from initial intake to final delivery working closely with government partners, subcontractors, and internal functions. In this role, you will ensure the smooth flow of information and material across stakeholders, administer the Technical Information Request (TIR) process, and align all GFX activities with program schedules, quality expectations, and procurement protocols. Your work directly supports program efficiency and overall project success. RESPONSIBILITIES Drive GFX deliverables and ensure data integration aligns with the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Lead GFX readiness activities and support overall project management for the RCD Program Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors to meet GFX requirements Continuously improve GFX processes to strengthen endtoend control and compliance Manage the Technical Information Request (TIR) process to ensure effective GFI transactions between ISI and Government partners Lead, coach, and develop a highperforming GFX team Execute procurement actions using $0 purchase orders to support GFX enablement Monitor GFX performance and contribute to ongoing process improvements QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of project management experience (PMP certification considered an asset) Strong skills in data management, documentation, compliance, and stakeholder engagement Ability to work effectively across diverse internal and external teams Proven track record of driving process integrity and delivering results in complex environments REQUIREMENTS All successful applicants must meet requirements for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
