Duties and Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience. Lead, coach, and develop a highperforming team through ongoing training, performance management, and succession planning. Drive sales by executing business strategies, promotional initiatives, and effective merchandising plans. Manage financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and analysis of variances to achieve targets. Build strong customer relationships to understand needs and enhance service delivery. Analyze sales and financial reports to identify opportunities and implement strategies to improve performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as health and safety regulations. Execute and monitor loss prevention and shrink control programs. Qualifications and Skills Bachelors degree in business administration or related field preferred. 3+ years of management experience in a specialty retail or customerfocused environment. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills with a proven ability to recruit, hire, and train highperforming teams. Customerfocused with excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationshipbuilding abilities. Expertise in sales growth, merchandising strategies, expense control, shrink reduction, and brand differentiation. Highly organized with the ability to multitask and drive operational excellence.
