Role Description We are looking for a Driver Operations Coordinator to own the driver hiring pipeline and onboarding process , ensuring we always have enough high-quality drivers on the road. This is a high-impact role where your work directly affects whether our operations run smoothly every day. Driver Hiring & Pipeline Management Manage incoming driver applications (Indeed, forms, referrals) Use internal tools (including AI) to screen and shortlist candidates Conduct quick screening calls (510 minutes) Schedule candidates for onboarding and training Maintain a consistent pipeline of drivers across regions Driver Onboarding & Training Guide drivers through onboarding (apps, forms, setup) Run virtual onboarding sessions / mock deliveries Ensure drivers are ready to go live quickly Track onboarding progress and follow up on incomplete steps Fleet Management & Quality Control Track active drivers, availability, and coverage by region Identify and flag underperforming or unreliable drivers Help remove or replace drivers who are not meeting standards Keep driver records organized and up to date Daily Operations Support (as needed) Help fill urgent driver gaps when needed Coordinate with operations team on driver availability Support scheduling by ensuring supply is available What Were Looking For This is NOT a traditional HR or recruiting role.
