Job Title: Warehouse & Shipping Coordinator Location: Okotoks, AB Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: MondayFriday About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Warehouse & Shipping Coordinator to support daily order fulfillment, packing and shipping operations. This role is responsible for ensuring orders are processed accurately, packaged securely, and shipped on time while supporting team coordination and maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Order Fulfillment & Accuracy Pick products based on order details Ensure high pick accuracy and minimize errors Consolidate multi-item orders prior to shipment Packing & Shipping Package items securely, including protective packing for fragile parts Ensure packaging meets company quality standards Label shipments accurately and prepare for dispatch Place completed orders in designated shipping areas Shipping Operations Monitor order processing times and shipping deadlines Coordinate with carriers and schedule shipments Prepare shipping documentation as required Update shipment tracking systems Team Coordination Support and guide packing staff to maintain quality and efficiency Ensure adherence to company procedures and deadlines Process & Cost Awareness Help reduce shipping errors and returns Support efficient use of packaging materials and shipping methods Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in warehouse, logistics or order fulfillment Strong attention to detail, especially with part numbers and order accuracy Basic knowledge of shipping processes and carriers Experience with inventory or order management systems (WMS/ERP) is an asset Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Good communication and teamwork skills Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Standing and walking for extended periods Repetitive lifting, packing and handling of products Work Environment Warehouse setting with fast-paced order processing Interaction with inventory, packing materials and shipping equipment Adherence to workplace health and safety standards is required Compensation Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) Overtime paid in accordance with Alberta Employment Standards Additional Requirements Valid Class 5 drivers licence Ability to operate a vehicle for occasional business-related tasks (e.g., local pickups, deliveries, or carrier drop-offs) Health & Safety Employees are required to follow all workplace safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and use of any required protective equipment.
