Manage Payroll and Benefits operations as the Associate Director supporting 13,000+ employees. Provide strategic oversight and ensure compliance in a unionized workplace environment. This role demands dynamic leadership of the Payroll and Benefits team while fostering continuous improvement and technology enhancements. You will engage with multiple stakeholders to maintain effective relationships and ensure accurate service delivery. The Associate Director will also oversee regulatory compliance and implement payroll transformation initiatives.
