Oversee camp operations as a General Manager specializing in hospitality and guest services. Ensure high-quality housekeeping and food services while managing safety and administrative functions. In this managerial role, you will support the District Manager in achieving service goals. You will coordinate staffing and training while implementing innovative practices for continuous improvement. A focus on diversity and inclusion will enhance operational effectiveness across teams.
