AXXEL HR is partnering with a growing Canadian manufacturer operating in the home equipment and airquality solutions space. With a welldeveloped dealer and distribution network across North America, they deliver highquality products through retail and partner channels and are continuing to expand their market presence. Outside Sales Consultant Reporting to the Sales Manager, Western Canada, the Outside Sales Consultant is responsible for developing and managing a network of existing and prospective clients across multiple markets. This role focuses on identifying business opportunities, delivering tailored solutions, and building longterm, trustbased relationships with key partners. The Outside Sales Consultant owns the achievement of annual revenue targets by driving growth within existing accounts and securing new business. This includes executing client retention strategies, expanding market presence, and consistently delivering value to partners to support sustained business growth. The territory includes British Columbia and Alberta, with occasional travel to Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Main Responsibilities Representation Contribute to the training and education of retail merchants Contact clients to provide information, promote opportunities, and schedule appointments Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services Recognize business opportunities and actively promote offerings Demonstrate product features and benefits Handle objections and close sales Respond to client inquiries and ensure consistent followup Follow up on leads from the website and suppliers Support internal teams in resolving retailer issues Assist with trade shows and promotional events Support order entry and dealer followup as required Prepare quotations and respond to retailer/customer requests Maintain accurate CRM records of all activities and communications Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty Build and maintain strong client relationships Share client feedback with internal teams Participate in meetings, training sessions, and workshops Deliver ongoing sales training aligned with best practices Attend corporate and industry events Support special projects as required Customer Support and Marketing Achieve sales and gross margin targets within the territory Identify new market opportunities and stay informed on product developments Monitor market trends and competitor activity Plan and execute promotional programs for retail partners Track and evaluate promotional activities and communications Customer Retention Support initiatives to retain existing clients Analyze account history to identify growth opportunities Recommend improvements to service programs and client conditions Sales Activities and Results Prepare and present reports on sales performance and market trends Communicate results and action plans Maintain required weekly activity levels Execute strategic followups aligned with buying cycles Negotiate agreements Track all sales activities in CRM Participate in sales meetings as required Requirements Proven experience in sales, consulting, or client representation Ability to travel for extended periods within the territory Selfmotivated and highly autonomous Strong client focus and results orientation High attention to detail Curious with a willingness to learn Professional and wellorganized Strong prioritization and time management skills Collaborative team player Resourceful and proactive Strong problemsolving ability and sound judgment Disciplined with a high level of discretion What They Offer Competitive compensation package Ongoing training and professional development Employee discount program Collaborative and growthoriented work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
