Job Description

We are seeking a detailoriented Billing Coordinator to join our Sarnia operation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate billing for rental equipment and field services in a small, collaborative office environment. This is not a highvolume call center role. This position is primarily focused on invoicing, tracking rental assets, and maintaining billing accuracy. What Youll Do Prepare and process customer invoices for rental equipment and field services Track rental equipment status (onrent, offrent, repairs, cleaning) Ensure accurate billing for: Rental duration Repairs and maintenance Cleaning charges Field services labor Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies Maintain inventory and rental tracking records Support sales with quote preparation Collaborate with operations, sales, and management Assist with occasional administrative or office projects as needed What Were Looking For Strong computer skills, especially Excel High attention to detail and accuracy Prior billing, invoicing, or administrative experience preferred Ability to learn and understand different types of rental equipment Comfortable working independently in a small office environment Strong organizational and problemsolving skills Work Environment & Schedule Onsite position in Sarnia, ON MondayFriday, 40 hours per week Typical schedule: 8:00am4:30pm (flexible) Occasional overtime may occur during monthend billing Compensation Competitive hourly rate Higher rates may be considered based on experience Why This Role Stable, fulltime position Small, closeknit office environment Clear expectations and handson training Opportunity to build deep knowledge of rental operations and billing
