Job Description

Lead your team as a Manager of Beauty Services. Focus on delivering exceptional client experiences while overseeing service operations and training programs at the retail level. This full-time position involves managing varying aspects of the client experience within a busy beauty store. You will support both the training of beauty advisors and the smooth functioning of the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio. Actively engage with customers and staff to implement best practices and ensure satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage beauty service operations and team performance Develop and execute training programs for staff Supervise appointment systems and client flow Maintain visual merchandising standards in-store Engage with vendors for brand training effectiveness Requirements: 24 years experience in beauty retail management Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to develop and motivate teams Knowledge of beauty trends and innovations Physically capable of handling retail demands Drive excellence in client services while nurturing talent and elevating brand experiences. #J-18808-Ljbffr
