The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of CSIO is a senior leader in the field of clinical sport and exercise medicine with expertise and experience in the care of high-performance athletes at the Olympic and Paralympic level. The CMO provides strategic leadership at a national level, contributing to the development and maintenance of best-possible systems and standards for health care of Canadian high-performance athletes, including relevant personnel, facilities, systems, policies and protocols.
