You will act as the primary client contact, ensuring every event reflects elle cuisines standards of excellence.Success in this role is measured by:Exceptional client experience & hospitalityStrong organizational leadershipEfficient, thoughtful logistics planningClear communication and team collaborationWhat Youll DoClient & Sales LeadershipPrepare customized menus, quotes, and proposalsBuild and maintain relationships with clients, venues, suppliers, and partnersServe as the primary contact throughout the planning processIdentify opportunities to expand service offerings and grow accountsWork toward agreed-upon sales targets in collaboration with leadershipEvent Planning & ExecutionOversee full event logistics including menu planning, production, dcor, and execution plansDevelop detailed Event Detail Sheets (EDS's)Coordinate rentals, staffing, printed materials, and packing listsConduct site visits and attend events (evenings/weekends required)Collaborate closely with chefs and event managersEnsure smooth execution within client budgetsOperations & Inbound Lead ManagementManage inbound calls and prospective leadsMaintain client folders and event calendarsEnsure final menus are confirmed 15 days prior to eventsSupport internal coordination and cross-department alignmentWhat Were Looking For2+ years of experience in sales & client managementHospitality or food industry background strongly preferredEvent planning experience is an assetBachelors degree or college diplomaHighly detail-oriented with exceptional time management skillsComfortable in high-pressure, fast-paced environmentsFlexible schedule (evenings & weekends required during peak season)Proficient in Microsoft Office & CanvaExcellent written and verbal communication skills (flawless grammar expected)Valid G Drivers License with clean recordWho You AreYou are proactive, solution-oriented, and deeply committed to hospitality.
