Job Title: Project Manager (Commercial & Institutional Construction)Location: Edmonton, AlbertaSalary: $100,000 $140,000 annually (based on experience)Perks & Benefits: Comprehensive Health & Dental Coverage, Professional Development Opportunities, Free Parking, Employee Ownership opportunity.Why Join Our Client?Our client is a wellestablished Edmontonbased General Contractor delivering multi-family, commercial, institutional, light industrial and First Nations projects across a range of contract types.They are seeking a Project Manager to join a collaborative, wellsupported operations team, reporting to the VP of Operations. Your first assignment will be a $30 million, 4storey multifamily project delivered under a Construction Management contract in Edmonton. Upon completion, you will have the option to transition into another multifamily or CRU project, providing continuity and longterm career stability.What Youll Do:Manage construction projects with different contract types from preconstruction through closeoutDevelop and control project schedules, budgets, and resource plansDirect internal and external projects team including subcontractors, and manage engagements with consultants, engineers, and other influential parties.Prepare and present clear, timely project status reportsEnsure full compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirementsOversee contract administration, proposals, and negotiationsIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality expectationsAct as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholdersWhat Were Looking For:810 years of experience in construction project management (commercial or institutional)Diploma or degree in Construction Management or equivalent practical experienceProven General Contractor experience (required)Strong relationshipbuilding skills with subcontractors, engineers, consultants, and owners representativesExcellent communication, leadership, and problemsolving abilitiesSolid expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and risk managementKnowledge of construction regulations, standards, and best practicesExperience using MS Project and Procore (strong asset)To apply for this job, click on 'Easy Apply' at the top of this ad, or send your resume to .
