What youll be doing: Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on a broad range of HR matters Partner on end-to-end recruitment, from talent attraction through to onboarding Contribute to performance management processes and support employee relations initiatives Play an active role in labour relations within a unionized environment Oversee attendance management and support disability-related cases Drive employee engagement through recognition and wellness programs Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data, reporting, and systems What you bring: 35 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a unionized setting Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related discipline CPHR designation (or working towards it) is an asset Solid knowledge of employment standards and legislation Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail Professional maturity with the confidence to engage effectively at all levels of the organization Role Details: Location: Delta, BC (on-site, MondayFriday) Compensation: $70,000 $95,000 + 6% bonus Perks: RSSP (no matching required) Note: This location is not transit accessible a valid drivers license and vehicle are required Why this role?
