This is a highly hands-on role suited for an HR professional who thrives in a relationship-driven, growth-focused environment and is willing to be fully on site in a west end location.Senior HR Generalist ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruitment with a strong focus on skilled trades, sales professionals, and engineersPartner with leaders to support workforce planning, hiring strategy, and talent developmentCoach leaders on people management, performance, and employee relationsBuild trust and credibility with leadership teams across multiple business unitsSupport employee relations, performance management, and policy applicationContribute to building a strong team culture across acquired organizationsProvide general HR support across payroll, benefits, compliance, and HR administrationOversees two direct reports; a payroll and an administrative staff member Ensure adherence to employment laws across Alberta and BCModels organizational valuesManage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composureThe Successful Candidate Has7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in industrial, mining, manufacturing, or skilled-trades environments is an assetPost-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
