On our team, you will have exposure to improving and implementing new processes and reimagining our methodologies and their applications.What will I be doing?As a Senior Research Associate, your main responsibilities will include:Execute comprehensive research projects from study design, analysis, and storyline development to final report, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.Contribute to the development and execution of quantitative research studies, ensuring precise data collection and adherence to project specifications.Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on project progress.Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations that clearly communicate research findings and actionable recommendations to clients.Work closely with project managers and junior analysts to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality deliverables.Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data and research outputs by conducting thorough checks and reviews.Utilize and manage various research tools and software to enhance data collection and analysis processes.Guide and support junior team members, providing training on research tools and methodologies.What do I need to bring with me?Essential:Demonstrated 2 to 3 years of experience in research projects across the entire project lifecycle, from initial design through to data analysis and reporting.Strong quantitative research skills, with a focus on the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, adept at handling both project-specific tasks and daily deliverables.Effective time management abilities, capable of juggling multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.Highly developed abilities in analyzing and interpreting intricate qualitative and quantitative data to produce coherent insights and narratives that aid in client decision-making.Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English, including experience in preparing presentations and reports.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.Proficiency in MS Office tools is essential.Desirable:Knowledge of SPSS and other packages (Python, SQL, R)Interest in industry development and emerging trendsBenefits:Bonus EligibleHealth benefitsWellness Expense AccountTo be eligible to participate in training programs and formal education initiatives.An amazing culture that celebrates our diversity!!!Are you reading this and getting excited about contributing to our research and bringing our insights to life?
