From initial strategy to show-stopping audio visual, accommodations to award winning creative and every detail in between we create shows that propel commerce, education and community!Our mission is to deliver extraordinary exhibition experiences through simple, user-friendly services and best-in-class execution.Job SummaryThe HR Administrator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the HR Department, contributing to the effective delivery of HR programs, recruitment activities, and employee services. This role coordinates endtoend recruitment processes, maintains accurate employee records, supports legislative research and compliance activities, and serves as a first point of contact for general HR inquiries. Working closely with the HR team and under the direction of the Regional Director of Human Resources, the HR Administrator supports employee engagement initiatives, health and safety requirements, and the ongoing maintenance of HR systems, policies, and communications.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for providing administrative support for the HR DepartmentCoordinate recruitment cycle processes by managing careerscanada email, creating approved job postings, posting on third party sites and company website, revising as needed, managing incoming applications, resume and candidate screening, shortlisting for ManagersSupport the HR department by providing assistance with HR programs, initiatives, reports, communications, various translations, and presentations as requiredResearching relevant provincial legislation and trendsMaintain employee files on HRIS and generate various reports as requestedPrepare requested employment verification letters or verify callsProvide front line services to employees, responds to general HR queriesWork with the HR team to assist in developing programs and processes to support employee engagement initiativesMaintain HR policies on SharepointParticipate in JHSC and maintain H&S training requirementsPerforms other duties as assigned and deemed necessary of the position, under the direction of the Regional Director of Human Resources.Experience1-3 years of Human Resources administrative experienceFluent in English with high level of professionalismGeneral knowledge of local employment standards and human rights legislationSound analytical skills, detail oriented, able to work with a high level of accuracyAbility to exercise discretion and handle highly sensitive and confidential informationCommitted to service excellence with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationshipsProficient MS Office skillsSolid organizational skills including the ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentA team player that fosters a collaborative spirit with the ability to anticipate the needs of the team/departmentExperience in non-union and unionized environments considered an assetGreat analytical and problem solving skillsFluency in French is an assetInterested candidates may submit their resumes by email to .
