Lead volunteer initiatives nationally as the National Volunteer Program Director. Engage communities and manage volunteer logistics in a flexible remote position with some travel required. In this position, you will elevate the national volunteer engagement strategy and work closely with community stakeholders and corporate partners. By overseeing volunteer logistics and event execution, you will ensure high-quality experiences that maintain volunteer satisfaction and enthusiasm. Your leadership will support staff and recruit a dedicated volunteer base across Canada. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate national logistics for volunteer activities Supervise and train volunteers for program expansion Partner with teams to execute engaging community events Monitor volunteer satisfaction and address concerns Contribute to monthly reports related to volunteer efforts Requirements: 3-5 years in relevant experience within non-profit sectors Familiarity with volunteer management and engagement practices High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Raisers Edge Post-secondary education in a related field preferred Bilingual both in English and French is an asset Drive positive change through effective volunteer management and enrich community connections nationwide. #J-18808-Ljbffr
