About You Undergraduate degree in health-related field, business or hospitality required Masters degree in health-related field, business or hospitality an asset Minimum 7 years management experience Previous experience in working with the elderly in long-term care or a seniors retirement living environment an asset Diploma in gerontology an asset Must be willing to participate in related professional affiliations as identified by the organization Important Information Great People is a core value at Shannex, grounded in the belief that our team members are the spirit and foundation of our organization.
