JOB DESCRIPTION Senior Analyst, Campaigns & Leads Private WealthROLE OVERVIEW The Senior Analyst, Campaigns & Leads supports the Private Wealth business with handson, endtoend campaign execution, analysis, and reporting. This role is focused on 360 campaign delivery, covering data investigation, audience selection, execution support, and performance reporting. The analyst partners closely with business stakeholders and internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed accurately while providing clear, actionable insights. This role directly supports Yousriyah and her team and requires strong technical skills paired with strong communication.DAYTODAY RESPONSIBILITIESCampaign Execution & BAU SupportExecute and support daytoday campaign BAU activitiesRun existing campaigns and support new campaign launchesManage full endtoend campaign workflows from data preparation through postcampaign reportingSupport campaigns across multiple programs including mortgages, deposits, prospective and existing client initiatives, and datamodeldriven campaignsData Analysis & InvestigationPerform data investigations to support campaign requirements and resolve issuesAnalyze and validate data linkages, joins, and audience segmentationWork with large datasets including data merging, transformation, and validationUse SQL and SAS Enterprise Guide to support campaign data needsReporting & InsightsDeliver postcampaign reporting and performance analysisInterpret campaign results and translate them into meaningful business insightsPresent findings clearly to business partners and stakeholdersSupport reporting using Excel and Power BI where applicableStakeholder CommunicationCommunicate findings through email, presentations, and inperson discussionsAct as a trusted, handson partner to business stakeholdersClearly explain technical data outputs to nontechnical audiencesREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEExperience5+ years of experience supporting campaign analysis, execution, and reportingDemonstrated experience providing endtoend (360) campaign supportProven handson experience running multichannel campaigns (executionfocused, not monitoring only)Technical Skills3+ years of handson SAS Enterprise Guide experienceSQLbased, hardcoding focused (not GUIonly or light usage)Very strong SQL proficiencyExperience conducting data investigations and troubleshootingStrong experience with data joins, transformations, and validationUnderstanding of ETL concepts and toolingComfortable working with large campaign and customer datasetsCore CapabilitiesStrong understanding of campaign execution processesAbility to manage multiple BAU and adhoc requests simultaneouslyStrong analytical and problemsolving skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data clearlyConfident working directly with stakeholdersNICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEExperience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or Salesforce/CRM platformsBanking or financial services experienceExposure to organizations such as Canadian Tire Bank is an assetPrivate Wealth experience is a strong plusExposure to Power BI or other data visualization toolsLight exposure to campaign data engineering (not heavy engineering work)We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
