Great Canadian Oil Change Assistant Service Center Manager Full-Time | Leadership Opportunity | Automotive Service Great Canadian Oil Change is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Service Center Manager to support the daily operations of our service center. This role is ideal for someone with automotive service experience who is ready to take the next step into a leadership position. The Assistant Service Center Manager works closely with the Service Center Manager to ensure smooth shop operations, strong team performance, and an excellent customer experience. This role combines leadership, operational support, and hands-on automotive service. Key Responsibilities Support the daily operations of the service center Assist with workflow management and shop productivity Help ensure all vehicle services are performed safely and according to company standards Assist with training and development of new team members Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Monitor service quality and ensure excellent customer service standards Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies Support the Service Center Manager in achieving store performance goals Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in automotive service Previous experience as a Lube Technician, Tire Technician, or Automotive Technician Demonstrated leadership ability or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of preventative vehicle maintenance and quick-service operations Strong communication and team leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment Ability to perform hands-on automotive service when needed Strong attention to safety and operational standards Ideal Background Candidates with experience in the following roles are encouraged to apply: Senior Lube Technician Automotive Technician Shop Supervisor Assistant Manager Automotive Service Quick Lube Service Advisor or Team Lead Experience working in quick-service automotive shops, tire shops, dealerships, or automotive service centers is considered an asset.
